A few members went to Gamallt in November to collect eggs for the hatchery.
The eggs will be incubated over the next few months, then re-introduced
into the lake when the fish are large enough to survive on their own.
This essential task is carried out at this time every year, ensuring we have a stock of native fish to introduce into a lake if required. Photo's can be seen HERE |
